It's simple!

1) The affiliate (that's YOU) shares a unique link with your audience anywhere you'd like: newsletters, blog posts, social media, banners on your website, etc.

2) The customer clicks on your unique link and is directed to my website.

3) The customer makes a purchase (HOORAY!).

4) The affiliate (YOU) receives a commission on the sale that was generated via PayPal.

The Immersion Course has the following payment options for students:

• $1997 one time fee, a commission of:
  Tier 1 = $798.80 Tier 2 = $599.10 Tier 3 = $399.40
• A 6-month payment plan ($397x6) for a commission over 6 months of:
  Tier 1 = $952.80 Tier 2 = $714.60 Tier 3 = $476.4

Affiliates earn on a tiered system:

+ Enroll 40+ students and earn a 40% commission fee for each enrollment.
+ Enroll 10-39 students and earn a 30% commission fee for each enrollment.
+ Enroll 1-9 students and earn a 20% commission fee for each enrollment.

You will get paid as we get paid, meaning if someone purchases the 6-month payment plan you will receive your commission that's due each month for 6 months.

You only get paid if we get paid, meaning if one of your students drops off of their payment plan, your commission will as well. This rarely happens and we use a robust system to try to capture lost payments and get people back online, but you should know that it's possible. 

The program tracks your efforts using a cookie that lasts for 30 days. This means that once someone clicks on your unique link, you'll get credited for their sale if they choose to purchase within 30 days of clicking on it. You can use links to BOTH the free workshop and the Immersion Course - both will track and give you credit if the person purchases.  Partner programs work by honoring the last referring partner, meaning that the software gives credit to the last referring partner. This means, it's important for you to hone in on the "call to action" for your reader - get them to click your link!

You should also know that I never use an affiliate link in my own efforts, so you'll never be in competition with me.

Partners will get paid 21 days after the course begins, then each 30 days after that for payment plan purchases. This allows for the refund policy to come to a close. While refunds are unusual (I usually have < 2% refund requests), they can be very costly for an affiliate program when not taken into consideration.

You are allowed to share your link, all swipe and copy, images and promotional content below on any of your own platforms where you would normally share content (blog, social media, newsletters, facebook, twitter, instagram, pinterest, etc).

Agreement & Compliance

• Participation in our affiliate program is by application only and is subject to a vetting process. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program. We carefully review each applicant to ensure alignment with our values, community standards, and program goals.We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our discretion. Additionally, we may remove affiliates from the program if they no longer meet our participation criteria.
• By signing up for our affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. You agree to promote Bonnie Christine, LLC and its products/services in a positive and ethical manner.
• Affiliates must ensure that their promotional activities comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including the FTC guidelines for affiliates in the United States.

Permissible Marketing Methods

• Affiliates are encouraged to use organic and non-paid promotional methods, such as:
• Blog posts
• Social media sharing
• Email marketing to their opt-in lists
• Other forms of content marketing

Paid Advertising

Affiliates may also use paid advertising provided they adhere to the guidelines below.

• Approved Practices
• Transparency: Advertisements must clearly disclose that the consumer is clicking on an affiliate link. This disclosure ensures compliance with FTC regulations and builds trust with the audience.
1. Example Disclosure: “This link is part of an affiliate program, meaning I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.”
• Platforms: Affiliates are encouraged to use social media platforms, where your audience can connect with you authentically, such as Facebook Ads (including boosted posts) to target their own email list, fans, and followers.
• Targeting Restrictions
• Affiliates must not target Bonnie Christine’s proprietary audiences. This includes but is not limited to:
1. Bonnie Christine’s official Fan Pages, social media followers, or email subscribers.
2. Existing customers of Bonnie Christine, LLC unless otherwise approved in writing.
• Affiliates may retarget individuals within their own communities. Approved retargeting methods include:
1. Audiences who like or follow your Facebook or other social media pages.
2. Individuals on your personal or business email list.
3. Visitors to your own launch pages or affiliate-related content.

Prohibited Marketing Practices

• Paid Search Engine Advertising: We strictly prohibit the use of Google Ads, browser search ads, or any form of paid search engine advertising to promote our program. Instead, we encourage you to focus on promoting via social media platforms, where your audience can connect with you authentically.
• Deceptive Advertising: Affiliates must not use deceptive or misleading advertising practices to promote Bonnie Christine, LLC or its products/services.
• Prohibited Referrals: Commissions will not be paid for referrals obtained through prohibited advertising methods.

Commission Structure & Eligibility

• Valid Referrals: Commissions are earned based on valid referrals that result in qualified leads or sales as per our commission structure.
• Missed Payments: Commissions will not be granted on any monthly payments that require team intervention for recovery (e.g., failed payments). If the first missed payment is successfully recovered, commissions will resume for that student starting the following month. However, if two or more payments become overdue, the student's account will no longer be eligible for future commission payouts.
• Refund Deduction: Any refund requests will be processed and deducted from the coordinating affiliate commissions within the first 21 days of the course.
• No Cap on Commissions: There is no cap on commissions, meaning you may bring in an unlimited number of referrals.
• Self-Referrals & Alumni Sales: Commissions will not be paid on your own purchases or alumni sales (previous students returning at a discounted rate).
• My Marketing: Bonnie Christine’s own marketing efforts will not contain affiliate links, ensuring affiliates are not in competition for sales.

Monitoring & Termination

• Monitoring Activities: Bonnie Christine, LLC reserves the right to investigate and monitor affiliate activities to ensure compliance with these terms and conditions.
• Right to Terminate: Bonnie Christine, LLC reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms and conditions.
• Termination Consequences: Upon termination, affiliates will forfeit any unpaid commissions and lose access to the affiliate program.

Modifications to Terms

• Updates to Terms: Bonnie Christine, LLC reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Affiliates are responsible for reviewing the terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.
